In-class, character education presentations include:

For grades 1-3:

"I Feel" - understanding emotions

Students are helped to identify four major emotions and express them in healthy ways without hurting themselves or others.

For grades 4-6:

"You are Special" - understanding your uniqueness

Using examples from architecture, students are shown the value of their own unique ideas and those of others to build self-respect and help students better understand the importance and value of diversity.

For grades 7-8:

"Success by Choice" - positive decisionmaking

Students learn that their successful future must be built upon a positive foundation resulting from their daily decisions in four key areas.

For grades 9-12:

"Winning at Work" - the value of teamwork

Students experience and learn why positive character traits such as, honesty and dependability, are so important for their future success, especially in the workforce.
